Guest Flip Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 After installing SP2 the CD Rom will not read/write and freezes the computer for a while. Then the CDR will disapear from the MY Computer till I reboot. How do I fix this?

Turn the computer off, unplug it again and replug the CDROM. Turn the computer on and see if it recognizes the "new" CDROM. Alias
