Guest michigan_winter Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 When I run my cursor over something (clock, quicklaunch, etc.), it shows a pop-up telling you what it is, but since I downloaded service pack 3 the pop-ups are blank. What could be causing this?
