We are setting up a SBS2003 server with a new domain name. 1) What is the method for removing the TS from the SBS2000 domain and joining it to the SBS2003 domain. For instance, do we make it part of a workgroup first and then join the new domain? 2) With SBS 2003, should we use the "connect computer" method for joing both workstations & TS, or can we use the "Network Wizard"? 3) Should the GPO for the TS remain intact? Not domain policies, no. You'll need to recreate that. I'd move the TS box into its own OU (MyBusiness\Servers\TSServers? ) and start from there. .. > > Thanks

Or can you just join another domain, either using the connect computer method or other method? 2) Concerning the GPO on the TS. The TS is currently in its own OU on the SBS2000. Is there a way to export the GPO settings and then import back in once joined and in it own OU on the SBS2003? Thanks

So there should be no transfer necessary...correct?
