Changing SBS domains for Terminal Server

We currently have a 2003 Terminal Server in a SBS2000 domain. We are

setting up a SBS2003 server with a new domain name.

1) What is the method for removing the TS from the SBS2000 domain and

joining it to the SBS2003 domain. For instance, do we make it part of

a workgroup first and then join the new domain?

2) With SBS 2003, should we use the "connect computer" method for

joing both workstations & TS, or can we use the "Network Wizard"?

3) Should the GPO for the TS remain intact?

Thanks

Yes, but it's going to require that you move your TS licensing first, I

think. Put it on the SBS2003 box.

You need to use connectcomputer. But note that your workstations, once

removed from the SBS2k domain, won't have any local user profiles you can

migrate to the new SBS2003 domain user profiles.

Not domain policies, no. You'll need to recreate that. I'd move the TS box

into its own OU (MyBusiness\Servers\TSServers? ) and start from there.

1 ) Is there any certain way to remove a workstation or member server

from a domain before joining it to another? Or can you just join

another domain, either using the connect computer method or other

method?

2) Concerning the GPO on the TS. The TS is currently in its own OU on

the SBS2000. Is there a way to export the GPO settings and then import

back in once joined and in it own OU on the SBS2003?

Thanks

Also, concerning the TS licenses, the TS is currently the licensing

manager/server too. So there should be no transfer necessary...correct?
