Guest jp4winns Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 Upon start up of my computer the message that is displayed is "Delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu". I read that this has been a problem for users before. The help from microsoft tells you to actually select that option. However help also states that the keyboard and mouse usually will not work, which is my situation. So, how do I select that option if the keyboard and mouse are not working. Need suggestions desperately.
