Guest NC Beach Bum Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 I have an Win XP Pro user who uses network offline files. The files will not synchronize properly and I have setup and removed the offline files several times. When I checked her offline files it appears that the changed files are ENCRYPTED but I don't have offline files encryption turned on and I checked the files/offline files folder setup check mark for Encryption and the local group policy object and the global group policy object. Do you have an idea to help me?!? I am out of ideas and this is driving my user crazy. -- NC Beach Bum

(personally, I don't like offline files on LAN-connected computers and don't see the point of them - I disable it via GPO).
