Guest FARAZ QURESHI Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 I was using the Adobe Audition in editing and finishing a single sound record file when the electricity broke-down. However, upon resuming I am quite surprised that all my music collection isn't working properly: 1. Upon opening the Master Volume and increasing the sound the music plays but without voice (i.e. only the beat and the music); 2. However, when I drag the Balance Button of the Master Volume either to left or right, the complete music plays with vocal components of song, but when I bring the Balance Button back in the mid, once again the voice is lost and only the music is playing; 3. Furthermore, while being on either left or right, both the speakers play together in Mono manner and Stereo System seems not to be working. Would appreciate any idea how to overcome such a problem? Thanx in advance. Best Regards, FARAZ A. QURESHI
Guest sgopus Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 RE: Sound Balance Not Working Correctly This forum is for windows questions, not working with sound files. off hand, I would gess your file is corrupt and needs to be replaced. I suggest you invest in a UPS. Uninterruptable Power supply a battery to keep these things from occuring. QURESHI If you are using Windows Media Player 11 then there's a balance control in that player, you need to go into the View menu, enhancements & select Show Enhancements & then scroll sideways in the Enhancements section at the bottom to the Graphic Equaliser. Nothing to do with Adobe Audition, which I have no experience of but I hope it helps. Regards Mike.
