Multiple Lucoms~1.exe processes

Hi there

I have about 60 of the LUCOMS~1.exe running in my task managers'

processes window. I've tried to terminate them but am not allowed,

I've checked other peoples posts and they all seem to only have the

problem of one process sucking their cpu dry. I installed spybot but

it didn't remove them, they all take up exactly 32k of memory, and my

commit charge is 847M/978M (I'm pretty sure this is a bad thing - as

is having 123 processes running when I'm typing on here, with explorer

notepad and the taskmanager the only other things open).

Anyway. Basically, can anyone suggest a way for me to remove all these

processes - I can see from other posts that at certain times one

should exist, but these never leave...

Many thanks, Matthew

Either you have malware/virus problems or your Symantec/Norton software

has gone bonkers on you. Does this problem persist after a reboot?

Disable your Norton/Symantec software and see what happens.
