For example, these are the values of the affected parameters for my time zone (GMT +1000). "ActiveTimeBias"=hex:a8,fd,ff,ff "StandardName"="AUS Eastern Standard Time" "DaylightName"="AUS Eastern Daylight Time" "Bias"=hex:a8,fd,ff,ff The bias value of 0xfffffda8 is equal to -600 decimal.
