Hello,

 

I am running a simple NTBackup on a Windows 2003 server, the backups

finishes sucessfully without any errors and everything is fine, but the tape

does not eject?

 

I remember when I configured NTBackup on another machine it auto ejects.

You'd have to run your backup via a batch file or script that included the

rsm /eject command.

I can't simply add it to my commmand in the schduled task then?

Yes, you can, but the whole thing would be much more robust and maintainable

if you put the lot into a batch file.
