At least once a day I get the blue screen, I don't know what to do about it

I am running Windows 11 and I get a blue screen at least once a day. I have run WinDbg but I don't know what any of it means.This is the info I get when I run WinDbg:SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b) An exception happened while executing a system service routine. Arguments: Arg1: 00000000c0000005, Exception code that caused the BugCheck Arg2: fffff8066316c4e4, Address of the instruction which caused the BugCheck Arg3: ffffa808c1b87cb0, Address of the context record for the exception that caused the BugCheck Arg4: 0000000000000000, zero.
