At least once a day I get the blue screen, I don't know what to do about it

I am running Windows 11 and I get a blue screen at least once a day. I have run WinDbg but I don't know what any of it means.This is the info I get when I run WinDbg:SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b) An exception happened while executing a system service routine.
