Here's mine, bit boring and a bit soppy ( i was away from home recently and missed the view out my bedroom window) You can also probably work out from it exactly where I live, but hey it doesn't really matter.

Do a PrtSc of your desktop, then save it. Then you have to upload it. I use Photobucket to show all my pics.

There should be a PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard.

Just press that, then open up MS Paint or WORDPAD and do EDIT PASTE and you have the picture.

Well it doesn't even come close to one of my boss' computers. There are so many icons on the desktop you can't see the desktop and the icons overlap.

Not sure how he finds anything.

Yes we do. I actually miss the Norton Desktop for Windows 3.11 it was an excellent desktop replacement back in the day. Was miles ahead of the Windows shell, it had highly configurable menus, toolbars, etc so you had easy access to stuff just about any where you were.

Lol, no sadly me neither. That's just one of the vista backgrounds, I have to be careful cause I tried a few and just spent the whole time wishing I was there, which is extremely sad.
