Download from M/S a utility called TweakUI. From there you can see what

account are available and can specify what accounts can be on the Welcome

Screen. This might be a good place to start.

Press F8 repeatedly during the early boot phase so that you can boot into

Safe Mode with Networking. Log on as Administrator, probably with a blank

password. Now use TweakUI as suggested by Alan to manage your user accounts

or do this to get a list of them:

- Click Start / Run / cmd {OK}

- Type this command:

net user {Enter}
