Right click on your 'Desktop'

Select 'Properties' from the list of options.

The 'Display Properties' window will pop up..

Click on the 'Desktop' tab.

Next click on the 'Customize Desktop' button.

Finally un-check the 'Run Desktop Cleaner every 60 days' box.

Click 'OK' to exit.

Go into advanced desktop and select turn off notifications.

rightClick on a blank desktop, select properties, click on the desktop tab,

select customized desktop, and at the bottom unselect the run desktop cleanup

wizard box, click ok.
