Tablet that you can hand write on

I am looking for an IT tool like a tablet. Specifics I need: I need to be able to hand write on it (with a stylus), I need to open my own forms and templates and fill them in with the pen. It should convert my hand writing to typed text. I need to save the document, print, upload on web-portals and be able to email it. It has to be portable and I need to be able to attach storage devices (i.e. USB key). Could you please advise me on products available? Many thanks!

It was useful, however, I need a tool that is a computer as well, I need to see my writing on the screen where I'm writing. I need a stand alone product. I have found the interactive pen displays when I was searching for the Bamboo products. That would be perfect but I can't find any stores in London where I could try it without buying it.

 

Not sure if there are any similar products on the market.

Yes, I have checked iPads but still looking for the right app.

I had an iPad 2 for a few months, and tried all kinds of apps for handwriting, plus two or three stylus designs. None are perfect, and iPads are very restrictive with document saving. Apps like Goodreader will work well enough with Dropbox, but it is still restrictive, and I found tedious at times.

 

I ended up selling mine and going back to my Macbook. TBH I don't think the technology is quite up to the hype yet :(
