Guest Tim Patterson Posted September 22, 2008 Posted September 22, 2008 I have just set up a KMS service instance on Server 2008. The question I have is can this instance activate both Vista clients and Server 2008 clients or do I need one KMS service for Vista and another for Server 2008. The reason that I am confused is that in my Volume Licensing web page I have a KMS key available that is attached to Vista and also one for Server 2008. When I installed the KMS service on Server 2008 with the slmgr tool it says I have a group B license (which is fine for the versions of Server 2008 that I am using). Any insight into this would be very helpful! Thanks, ~Tim
