Guest its_my_dime Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 XP SP3. IE 7. I am trying to reinstall an INTEL graphics video driver. Installation gets almost to the end and then fails. Various error messages include "missing file" , "wrong hardware" etc. This is a 4 year old Gateway computer; the driver and graphics card are longer supported. Gateway said to try in safe mode. Safe mode gives a runtime library error. This is well above my pay grade. How do I fix it? Thank you.
