I have installed the hotfix and no improvement. What now?

The USB is recognised but I get code 37 and cannot read any devices, I have

tried 4 different USB memory sticks including IronKey which was in when I

tried to install Steady State which is installed but went wrong when I

selected Protect the hard disc.

Windows XP

Please help.

Try a System Restore to a point prior to Steady State.

Yes I had tried that but it would not do it.

I never manage to get a restore when I need it.
