Try organizing categories of your favorites in folders. This is an Internet Explorer group. Are you using IE to access MSN, or are you using the MSN Explorer browser that some versions of MSN Internet Access (ISP) software installs. You might have better success in the ...public.msn.discussion group if you are inquiring about the MSN Explorer browser. I believe some versions may have stored favorites on a web server that might be subject to delays during heavy use periods. MSN Explorer may be generating a custom MSN Internet Access menu and tool bar above an IE display pane, so SOME IE settings might affect MSN Explorer. In either event you should be including the browser version number in your posts, as the procedures for managing favorites sometimes changes between versions. In Internet Explorer version 7 you should be able to reorganize your favorites by dragging them to the desired folder in the favorites pane. When you need a new folder you should see a "New folder" option on the favorites window's context menu (right click the favorites pane). You might also be able to drag favorites around in your portion of the boot partition's "Documents and Settings" folder.
