pf usage rises constantly

Server 2003 standard edition sp2. PF usage on the server constantly rises

and never retruns to normal unless we reboot. It takes 4-6 hours for it to

reach it's max. The memory usage stays completely normal. I've scanned for

viruses and spyware with several programs and found nothing.

2 GB of Ram, xeon quad core 3.2 Ghz, the running programs are mcafee av,

quickbooks server manager, medisoft, and that's about it.
