Remote Desktop Timeouts after 20 minutes

Our office network is running Small Business Server 2003 and 10 PCs on

network all running XP Pro Sp3.

All PCs have remote desktop enabled but all users, who can all login

successfully from home, are having a timeout after 20 minutes, exactly 20

minutes, no matter what application they are using, whether it is OWA or any

other app.

So, it appears to be a server setting, but what/where? I cant find this

answer and all my troops are getting antsy...

Rgds n tks for any help/asistance

I believe you mean Remote Web Workplace, yes? Make sure they select 'private

computer' at the main login page. By default, 'public or shared computer' is

selected.

Try posting in microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs for SBS help - RWW

doesn't exist outside SBS, and SBS does most things differently.
