As I'm the admin Iv tried the reset password but all I get is need instaltion disk as the note book has no cd slot ..... I can't do this..... I can not get on to guest account or my sons is my notebook naffed ... HELP Quote
KenB Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 Hi and welcome to ExTS The "Reset Password" can only be used if you created a "Reset Password" CD. (you would know if you did this) I don't understand why you cannot get onto the guest account - this should not be passworded. You should also be able to log into your son's account. If this is passworded he should be able to give you this. We cannot help with passwords as a matter of forum policy. All I can suggest is that you ask your son to log in and, if he has Admin rights he can remove the password from your account.
