Doesn't look legit at all. Never saw a real Hotmail message with "Dear Account User". They all have, simply, "To: %User_ID@hotmail.com". Or "To: User", where "User" is the nym configured in Windows Live Messenger for other contacts to see. Also, this is just a variation on a theme I saw shortly after setting up my first Hotmail account in 1999. I worry about folks who are new to the Internet and may be susceptible to things like this. The warning was for them and for friends/relatives of folks in this ng. Send the spam as an attachment to your email; don't just copy it from the screen. HTH
