windows 11 APEX PRO

I recently bought a steelseries apex pro TKL and have been having issues with it. The keyboard presses random keys by itself and when i try use it to type it will perform functions e.g when i press h in chrome it will pull up my search history as if i was holding down ctrl when im not. It’s also affecting other devices like when i plug another keyboard in it causes the other keyboard to do the same thing and makes my mouse stop working. I have reinstalled drivers, factory reset the keyboard, reinstalled windows. When i use a different keyboard i have none of these issues until I plug in the AP
