spoolsv.exe stops whenever other app is call it

I've problem with my printer which used to work fine since 2014. One day (about month ago) I noticed I can't print document and started to investigate what happened. I tried to reinstall my printer, but it comes out that spooler service is broken. I've updated my system, but it didn't help. Tried to install driver manually with no result. Looked for similar issues, but system reinstall is not an option for me. Adding some useful screenshots. Scanning works ok even when printer software showing "Connection" (last screen). There is no entry in %WINDIR%\system32\spool\PRINTERS
