My Windows Update section in Setting doesn`t work (Something went wrong. Try to reopen setting later). After some trial and looking through possible solutions online (switching from using a PIN to a password when entering my account, and adding My Account that has administrator privileges in the Log-On properties of the Update Orchestrator Service), I saw that the Update Orchestrator Service won`t start. I get the following error message:"Windows could not start the Update Orchestrator Service service on Local Computer.Error 1297: A privilege that the service requires to function properly does
