application activex controls terminal server 2003

after a re-start of my server, I find that applications with actiovex

controls like datepickers and progress bars will not run under power user

accounts but run fine under admin accounts.

Has anybody else observed this behaviour and how can it be resolved

Ray,

Can you give more specifics of your issue. Is the problem happening only

when the Terminal Server role is installed in your machine? Are teh apps

functioning in servers where teh role is NOT installed?

Thanks

Ram.

Re: application activex controls terminal server 2003

We have an App running on a WS2003R2, which is written in VFP9, approx 2

weeks ago we started having problems in that all date functions stopped

working.

The developer told me that the datepicker he used is an activex control.

Currently I am getting around the problem by setting terminal server users

to admin privilage ( !!!!???) not a smart move.
