Guest BCITStudent Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 Hello: Have a Windows XP SP3 PC which automatically restarts when the screensaver activates after 10 minutes. If the PC is locked manually, the PC doesn't restart. After screensaver activates, now receive blue screen with PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA message "Problem caused by file: win32k.sys" 2) Attempted to recreate issue in SAFE MODE. Problem did not replicate Any suggestions to resolve this annoying issue would be tremendously appreciated Regards, Bob

Guest BCITStudent Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 Re: PC Self Reboots on ScreenSaver Activation The PC had an external video card installed specifically for the AUTOCAD, and installed the driver that came with the card. I will update the driver and let you know.
