We quite often recommend clearing junk from your computer and a good tool for doing this is CCleaner. I have recently found an excellent description of how to get the best out of this tool. From the "How To Geek"

Please note he also recommends to not use the registry section of CCleaner unless you know what you are doing and really do need to use it, just as we also recommend.
