Issue Description:I am experiencing an issue with my Lenovo Ideapad 330 15ARR. When I turn it on, the screen remains black, and nothing else appears. Initially, I encountered a blue screen with error code "0xc0000185," but now the screen stays black with no further messages.Steps I Have Taken1. I have a bootable USB drive ready for use.2. I accessed the BIOS settings and tried to configure the boot order to boot from the USB.3. When I press F12 and select the USB drive, the screen remains black.Assistance Needed:- Guidance on how to properly set up the BIOS to boot from the USB.- Advice on any
