windows 11 Microsft store no descargar

este problema persiste desde hace mucho e intentado muchas de las opciones que e visto en otros post como reparar o reiniciar, borrar la cache con wsreset y tambien reinstalar la app con powershell y el comando Get-AppXPackage pero no funcionaenglishthis problem persist since to much time i try some the options i see in others post like repeir or reset, clear the store cache and reinstall the app with powershell wiht the command Get-AppXPackage but dosent work
