It is called "reformat and reinstallation of Windows"

Or if you have one of the "Big Name Boxes" using the "Restore Disks".

Yes, all manufacturers MUST provide a method to restore the Windows

installation to "factory new" setup. Please review the documentation

that came with your laptop for the method supplied. Or contact the the

manufacturers Tech Support folks and ask them.

I've read the above several times, and I *think* (but am not sure)

that you want to remove everything on the computer and reinstall

Windows.

If that's correct, yes you can do it. How you do it depends on the

particular laptop and its manufacturer. You should check with the

manufacturer to find out how.

By the way, why do you want to do this? In my view, it's more often a

mistake than not.
