I getting this BSD when I boot up normally but it see,s ok in Safe mode. The

pc is running XP Home and have been scanned and any virus/malware been

eliminated.

 

from event viewer, the following details:-

service control none 7026

service control none 7001

DCOM none 10

 

from the blue screen, the following details:-

0x0000007E (OXC0000005, .........) rt2500 usb.sys

 

Please advise how can I resolve this issue as at first its interminent but

now the pc is out of action (cannot be used) at all. Many thanks for uour

help.

You need to update or roll back the driver:

http://www.ralinktech.com/ralink/Home/Support/Windows.html

 

You are not getting the problem in safe mode because the driver is not

being loaded. You do not have the ability to access the internet in safe

mode.
