XP Pro Quick Launch Bar Missing After Patches.

After patching desktops with 2008 September's patches the quick launch bar

dissapears. It can be manually be activated but need to understand reason and

also possible registry fix. This is not a result of malware since this is a

newly built image.The following does not work;
