A domain users leaves the company. How can you disable everything EXCEPT

exchange access?

Hi there, If you have disabled the AD account then the mailbox will remain in

exchange but in a disconnected state. You need to connect it to a user in

order to reactivate it. I would suggest creating another user for each

mailbox and through system manager attaching the mailbox to that user.

Obviously give the new account a different name than the previous one so it

cannot be guessed by the user who has left

What kind of remote access do you have other than OWA?

You can control this easily. What AD groups or users do you have in the

Terminal Servers' "Remote Desktop Users" group? I like to set up a univeral

AD security group called TSUsers for this purpose. Just remove users from

that group as needed.
