windows 10 gameinput service not working

hello! i ran a system diagnostics check because my computer keeps blue screening and the system is spiking my gpu randomly. its stating a service is reported as having an unexpected error code then scrolling down to the abnormally stopped system services it has it as gameinput service exit code: -2147286779 and it has stopped. when going into the service menu its self im able to start the manual(trigger start) but the host service will not start and gives error 0x80030105: 0x80030105. im unsure if im even doing the correct things here but im confused on how to get the service to restart
