Windows acting strange

I'm experiencing strange behaviour in Windows 10 and 11 (I upgraded to 11 because of this). The issue presents itself randomly and for a random amount of time. In settings app, windows security app, the selection square around blue text links, or around a clickable button, would move by itself to the right, making it almost impossible to click on any item. It seems like as if TAB or right arrow button was constantly pressed. (In a game, it acts as if D key was pressed, so the character walks to the right all the time. In game menu, the mouse moves automatically towards right. Same mouse issue
