Cleanup Utility Installation

I am having difficulty installing the cleanup utility on windows server 2008

64 bit standard.

 

When I run msicuu2.exe as administrator I get an error message saying "can

not change to destination folder". There does not appear to be anymore error

information.

 

I downloaded the file from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

That page seems to suggest that the utility should be supported on the OS.

 

Any ideas?
