It pops message saying 'Local Policy Does Not Permit You to Log On Interactively". Do you have any idea about this? I try to go to local security setting> user Right assignment>select logon locally Even I have the admin access It is not allow me to add group (the add user and group is disable). How can I solve this problem. Thank you very much for your help.

Are your domain users perhaps limited to the computers they can log into, in their ADUC properties?

After she restart the machine, It poped up the message. It did not pop the message in the past.
