In exactly what kind of situations would you be using this?

Sounds like you want to add an "autotext" entry...you can do this in Word, but I don't know how else you could accomplish it.

It would be very convenient to right click in the appropriate box and for the resulting context menu to have "E-mail Address" in addition to the usual undo, cut, copy, paste and select all.
