Guest Maurice Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 Have an XP pro machine and will be adding two extra IDE drives. Is there some feature that would allow me to control stand by and shut down times for each drive? If not is there some app that would allow control ? I also have a desktop with vista ultimate and pose the same question. Advice sought

Advice sought Not each drive individually, but the turn of time can be globally set by right clicking on the desktop and selecting the 'Screen Saver' tab, and then the 'Power...' button. The setting (and others) is in there.
