Keyboard unresponsive during New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed

This is a new build (everything inside is brand new). I'm having this message upon the first boot: "New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed". This is normal but my keyboard is unresponsive so no matter what I press nothing happens. I've had this issue before with another PC and I left it for a day or so and it just worked. Now after a day, this one is still unresponsive.I've tried: taking out CMOS battery, using different keyboard, taking one ram stick outSpecs - RYZEN 5 5600- RTX 3070- 16GB 3600MHZ RAM- 650W GOLD PSU- B450M K
