Hello

I have a problem opening Outlook 2007. It's really annoying because I can't see my mails. I constantly get an error saying: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window." I already tried google but the answer hasn't solved my problem. So (Start->run... -> "Outlook.exe /resetnavpane") didn't work to solve my problem. Is there any way it can be fixed?

Yours faithfully,

Lorenzo Vercruysse

Hi lorenzo.

You probably saw this page already. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2022778

Try the "Fix this problem" link there.

If that doesn't do it a system restore might fix it. Do you know how to do that?

Hey RandyL

Thanks for your response, It was indeed my profile that was damaged. I lost my agenda but I was able to recover my mails.

Thank you!

Yours Sincerely,

Lorenzo
