OS Boot Manager not Found Hard disc not found

Hi there. I made a clone copy of the M2 drive into an external USB drive. After that my Omen HP Notebook started correctly from the USB once, then when restarting showed an error and after that everything went down the toilet. Installed Windows 11 again from external USB drive and now it does not start. It shows the 3F0 boot device not found error. Checking the BIOS it reads OS Boot manager not found and if I enable legacy also shows Notebook Hard Drive is not found. Restarted in legacy mode, installed Windows again and when disconnecting the USB drive it says system not found, go into BIOS ag
