Unable to use microsoft services like mail, the microsoft store. Xbox app nor log into the minecraft launcher.

I go over to the microsoft store, but the app freezes upon opening, and refuses to close. When I open mail, the app is stuck on the loading screen before closing on itself. When I open the xbox app, it's stuck on the loading screen. I have tried the reset and repair tools for all the apps, and used the "wsreser.exe" but nothing works.
