Wifi disconnects every few minutes but works fine on other devices

I've had this issue for a few months now on my Lenovo idea pad gaming 3, I'm using Windows 11 and the network card is mediatek wifi 6 mt7921 wireless LAN cardThe issue is as following: my laptop keeps either disconnecting from wi-fi every few minutes (first it was 5, then 10 minute intervals, longest it went on for uninterrupted was an hour) or stays connected but the internet itself doesn't work. The issue persists only when connected to the wi-fi I have at home, as I had no issues with it at uni or work. In order to have it run again I have to keep connecting it to the wi-fi every 10 minutes
