Trying to upgrade a win7 pro sp1, and was getting this error early on in the installation. I ended up removing all of my drives except for the win7 boot drive. The upgrade process looked like it was actually going to succeed, went through all of the pre install side, got to 100% complete, rebooted... still had the USB install plugged in, told me to remove that and click on yes... did that.Got the proverbial "loading files" bar, it seemed to be doing its thing and running fine, until it hiccuped and went back to restoring win7 (worked very nicely, so thanks for that).I did, a while back, put 10
