Sebastian42 Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 In both Chrome and Google Earth the font in some windows is multicoloured and hard to read. I have twice fixed it so that it looks 'normal', by adjusting 'Clear type text' in Win7 Ultimate x32, but I'd like it to STAY fixed. How to make the fix permanent ? Quote
RandyL Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 As far as I know Clear type is the default setting in 7 . Did you follow the Clear type wizard to finish in Windows? For me it stays in IE and FF. As far as I know it shouldn't matter what browser you are using as it is part of Windows and not the browser. Quote We are all members helping other members. Sebastian42 Posted June 3, 2012 Author Posted June 3, 2012 Clear type setting makes a great difference to the almost illegible font in Chrome and Google Earth, but it only lasts till shut down. Next reboot, I have to do it again. Quote
