Guest Mick Murphy Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Re: Virus Alert in System restore Just make sure that you do these scans in Safe Mode. Windows has not got a lot started; it is running on bare bones. Way to get rid of rubbish. Your crapware hosts file does not tell people that you're blocking reputable anti-malware sites and most of the people running your crap won't know what a hosts file is. -- Leythos - spam999free@rrohio.com (remove 999 to email me) Public Service Warning: Learn about PCButts before you trust: http://www.velocityreviews.com/forums/t513604-author-of-removeit.html http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=pcbutts1+thief
