Weird issues with Minecraft Launcher

The Minecraft launcher was working just fine yesterday, but today it wouldn't start up whenever I click on it. I tried restarting my computer and it didn't help. I tried deleting it from the Apps and Features window but it wasn't even listed on there. Its like its installed on my computer and not installed at the same time! I'm on windows 10 and I use the java version whenever I play.
