Crashing to a black screen not BSOD during gaming on a completely fresh install of Win 11

Event viewer just shows "Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation." I have been dealing with crashes for a while now so today bit the bullet and tried a fresh install of windows including clearing all personal data. The only things I have reinstalled are Chrome, Nvidia Geforce Experience, Steam, Steelseries GG and Rust. The crash only seems to happen when I am playing Rust and not during other normal use such as browsing the interent watching youtube etc. I saw in another post that someone was asked to run V2 log collector which i have done and uploaded here: ZAKDESKTOP-(202
